In other words, they are the person to go to with your problems and concerns. However, it is unlikely that these problems and concerns will be regular 9 to 5 experiences. Indeed, you may find that you feel the feelings you are at some of the most awkward times of night. Consequently, a good fertility friend will be someone you can call on 24/7.
3. Watching our diet when we are trying to get pregnant is core component in getting pregnant. This is the case regardless of whether you are a man or woman. As such, finding your fertility friend in a pub or coffee shop to drown your sorrows in is not going to be the answer that you are looking for. While not advocating total assonance, keep in mind that a good fertility person will not be the man or woman sitting on the bar stool next to you.
4. If all else fails and you simply cannot find a fertility friend out there who fully understands what you are going through, don't give up hope. The internet is a wonderful place to turn to and there are many forums where you can go and become a member and post during the day and night experiencing your fears and concerns with others who are either going through the same problems you are or who have been there and can help to give you lots of useful tips and hints on how to best overcome these problems.
